A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Project consists of Furnishing & installing a Valcom IP Based PA and Clock & Bell System at each one of the two (2) Elementary Schools. Note that the System required at Los Medanos ES is for the older school facilities, and shall fully integrate with the existing Valcom IP Based System at the newer Classroom Building on campus. Also, note that the System at Stoneman ES shall include the Portable Bldgs. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors license(s) A, B, C-7 or C-10 The Bidders license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. A bid bond by an admitted surety insurer on the form provided by the District, cash, or a cashier s check or a certified check, drawn to the order of the Pittsburg Unified School District, in the amount often percent (10%) of the total bid price, The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond if it is awarded the Contract for the Work.
