There is a total of thirteen (13), 8' x 9' industrial slated rolling steel doors at the loading docks that need to be addressed. Several of these doors have the manual chain opening and will be converted to an electronic motor hoist opening. 2. Repair Pricing: a. List price to repair the rolling steel doors into a good working order. b. List a price to furnish and install the electronic motor hoist(s) separately for the doors that will be determined at the mandatory pre-bid meeIng. 3. List price for a maintenance service contract for: a. Industrial slated rolling steel doors, and the yearly cost to service all thirteen (13) doors. b. Hydraulic dock levelers and ramps, and the yearly cost to service. 4. The bid will be awarded in the best interest of the District. 5. Bidder(s) must state the brand/model of equipment, warranty and delivery me on your bid. 6. Bidder(s) must state how long to complete the job once the purchase order has been received. 7. Bidder(s) must have an Alabama General Contractors License suitable for this project and will be required to include a copy with your bid and list the number on the outside of the envelope. 8. Submit your bid on company leterhead. 9. This will be a lock and key job.
