The Park Commission requests proposals and statements of qualifications, experience and references from individuals and firms qualified to provide consulting, planning, estimates, grant applications, design services, construction administration and other related Professional Civil Engineering Services for a variety of projects, in order to create a pool to be requested on an as-needed basis.
