Reference Number 0000341720 Delivery Point: 1100 Atlantic Street, Milford, Michigan Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: Spring, 2024 The Village of Milford DDA is seeking bids from qualified contractors cleaning, media-blasting, preparation, masking, priming and painting of 60 cast aluminum streetlights. All work will take place onsite at each streetlight location. The selected contractor will be expected to maintain site control of all conditions and be able to assure that airborne debris will be contained at the site. Work scope includes designated streetlights poles in the described area, to be specifically identified prior to commencing the work. The work surface includes the aluminum base from the concrete base to the globe. A bid may be withdrawn by giving written notice to the Clerk's Office before the stated closing time. After the stated closing time, no bid may be withdrawn or canceled for a period of sixty (60) days after said closing time. The Milford DDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or the bid process and to accept a proposal or part thereof, which it shall deem to be most favorable to the interests of the Village of Milford and the DDA.
