Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Limited site modifications including grading, drainage, new sidewalks and concrete pads 2. Partial renovation of the existing building including selective demolition, replacement of exterior metal wall panels, light gauge metal framing, gypsum board partitions, interior painting, new plumbing fixtures, new mechanical system, new power, lighting and data and new finishes throughout. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Reference Number 0000341757 The City of Huntsville will receive sealed bids, priced on a firm fixed price basis (stipulated sum), to provide all necessary equipment, materials, labor and supervision necessary, as outlined in the Plans, Specifications, and Bid Manual for the John Hunt Park Public Restrooms.
