Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
This project shall rehabilitate the pavement and edge lighting for Runway 18L-36L as well as portions of the Taxiway Echo and Charlie Connector's pavement serving Runway 18L-36R. Any and all questions related to the Request for Proposals and other Contract Documents shall be directed to Ryan Reed in writing at rsreed@garverusa.com. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total contract amount, as shown on the proposal form, which shall be made payable to Owner and shall be subject to the conditions set forth in the bid documents. A performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a labor and material payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required. Question Deadline 02/27/2024 Any bidder finding any errors, ambiguities, discrepancies or omissions in, or needing clarification or interpretation of, any item or provision in the contract documents, or if otherwise permitted within these documents seeking substitutions or modifications to the contract documents, should immediately contact the Engineer in writing no later than 5:00 pm 7 days prior to the date of the bid opening.
