The District intends to undertake the planning, design, approval, construction, commissioning, and close-out of various public projects (each a "Project" and, if multiple, the "Projects"). The District intends to construct the Projects, in each case, by issuing multiple prime construction contracts to be managed and administered by a professional construction management consultant ("Construction Manager"). The District presently anticipates undertaking the Projects described in Exhibit "A" to this Request for Qualifications No. 23-24-016 ("RFQ"), although the District ultimately may decide not to proceed with one or more Projects described on Exhibit A, or may decide to undertake one or more Projects not presently described on Exhibit A. The District has or will contract with one or more appropriate consultants (each an "Architect") for the planning, design, and other architectural services needed for each Project. Therefore, the design, scope, capacity, and other elements of the Projects described in Exhibit A hereto shall be subject to change during the design and approval processes. Q&A Deadline: 02/19/2024 4:00 PM (PST). Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted no later than the Deadline for Submitting Questions specified in this RFQ. In its sole discretion, the District may determine to not respond to questions received after the Deadline for Submitting Questions The District shall have the rights, among any and all others, to: (i) waive any or all irregularities in any one or more Responses; (ii) reject any and all Responses that, as determined by the District, do not comply with the requirements of this RFQ; (iii) not award any one or more CM Agreements, regardless of whether the District issues a new or alternate request for qualifications; and/or (iv) select, from among the Construction Managers that submit Responses, the Construction Manager that the District determines has the requisite experience, qualifications, judgment, and competence to provide the CM Services and will be the best fit with the District and best accomplish the Districts goals for the CM Services.
