Renovation of an educational facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,000-square-foot educational facility.
A general description of project tasks includes: 1. Replacement of two existing AHU's with one new, more efficient unit. Most of the work will take place in an existing Mechanical Room (180A). The new unit will service the adjacent areas of the Presentation Center (180) and Testing Center (176). 2. 2,500 sf ceiling modifications. 3. Minor metal framing and drywall work. 4. Patching and infilling of exterior wall. 5. Providing new openings in existing concrete floors and walls for new pipes. 6. 1,200+/- sf flooring replacement. 7. Installation of a new sprinkler system in Rooms 176, 180A and 180 8. Installation of new floor drain. 9. Piping tie ins to be made in the tunnel below. 10. New wall louvers and associated wall openings and flashing. 11. New Hot Water VAV boxes to rezone from the new unit. 12. Integration into campus BAS. Deadline for submitting questions: Monday, August 26, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. EDT The EDGE Participation Goal for the Project is 5.0 percent.
