This project, the Gananda Parkway (CR 205A) Preventive Maintenance project, PIN 4WA0.04, LD040394, will rehabilitate the pavement of Gananda Parkway (CR 205A) from NYS Route 441 to Eddy Road in the Towns of Walworth and Macedon, Wayne County. The project proposes to provide a smooth riding surface for the traveling public through milling & resurfacing, limited full depth pavement repairs, and installation of shoulder backup. 6% DBE Goals EEO Goals - 5.3% Minority; 6.9% Female Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 6% Contract Terms: Fifty-six (56) calendar days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion, Fourteen (14) calendar days from Substantial Completion to Final Completion. Location: Gananda Parkway, Macedon and Walworth, Wayne County Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. Such Bid Security shall be submitted in the form of a Bid Bond. The submission shall be made with the understanding that the Bid Security shall guarantee that the Bidder will not withdraw their Bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of Bids: and that if their Bid is accepted, will enter into a formal contract with the Owner in accordance with the Form of Agreement; and that the required Performance and Payment Bond will be given; and that in the event of the withdrawal of said Bid within the said period of the failure to enter said Contract and give said bonds within ten (10) days after they have received notice of acceptance of the Bid, the Bidder shall be liable to the Owner for the full amount of the Bid Guarantee as liquidated damages to the Owner as a result of default of the Bidder.
