The Tanglewood Business Park Gravity Outfall Project plan is to add two gravity sewer lines that discharge into existing gravity sewer near the Idols Road Lift Station (see attached map). A proposed 4,000 linear foot (LF) gravity sewer line will run from Clemmons Ball Park to a discharge point near the Idols Road Lift Station and will consist of approximately 1,900 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer line and approximately 2,100 LF of 12-inch gravity sewer line. A proposed 275 LF 8-inch gravity sewer line will run from the Tanglewood Business Park property to a discharge point near the Idols Road Lift Station. The selected engineering firm will provide all designs and documents necessary for permitting, easement acquisition, construction, and bidding. The selected firm will also likely provide construction administration on this project. All Letters of Interest should be limited to twenty (20) pages (unless additional pages are needed to document good faith efforts related to the MWBE goal or for evidence of paid payroll tax forms), including the cover sheet. Letters of Interest containing more than 20 pages will not be considered (unless additional pages are required to document good faith efforts or evidence of payroll tax forms).
