Project has been cancelled Benton Convention Center - Roof Replacement Project Address: 301 W. 5th Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 This is a formal purchase with installation. Bidders are hereby notified that they must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required. The scope of work includes the removal of a ballasted built-up roofing system and replacing it with a new TPO roofing system. The work should be addressed by removing current roof system and installing new roof. Work may be required to be done on weekends and some after hours. Warranty should meet a minimum requirement of 30 years (080 mil TPO). Please see attached Technical Specification.
