Recreation Sites and Trails BC (RSTBC) has an opportunity for Recreation Site Maintenance in the Quesnel West area. Site maintenance requires the regular maintenance, clean-up, and minor repairs of the 16 recreational sites listed in the contract. Maintenance includes removal of garbage, sanitation of outhouses, minor facility repairs, and painting of structures, as necessary. Cutting and clearing of fallen trees in order to open roads into campsites may also be required. The work will involve the cleaning, repairs and maintenance of facilities on Recreation Sites throughout the West Quesnel area as per attached Schedule A "Services". Sealed tenders for the Quesnel West Recreation Site Maintenance Contract for the period of May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025 All inquiries should be made to Desi Cheverie at Central Cariboo District at 250-302-5717 or desi.cheverie@gov.bc.ca Tenders must be submitted on the form and in an envelope labeled in accordance with the Conditions of Tender. No tender shall be considered that contains any qualifying clause whatsoever. The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
