Site work for a mixed-use development in Interlochen, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project is contracted with Triangle Associates under a CM agreement whereby Triangle will act as the Owner's constructor. Triangle will hold all subcontract agreements. Specialty subcontractors are being solicited at this time for the following: Site/Building Earthwork/Utilities Payment and Performance Bonds are required. Bidders shall be responsible for ALL documents and cost of printing and shipping of plans/specs associated with Bid Package #01 found on the SmartBid. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual for complete bidding information.
