Reference Number 0000342002 The City of Portage invites interested Contractors to submit a sealed bid for the provision of construction and inspection services of 350 water services to document materials on both the public and private side of the existing water curb stops to include restoration. Question Acceptance Deadline 02/22/2024 05:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No -- Questions and requests for clarification related to definition or interpretation of this RFB shall be submitted in writing by email to: Victoria Barboza, Purchasing Manager purchasing@portagemi.gov Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 25 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % *The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, and further reserves the right to accept any bid or parts of bids which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. Award will generally be made to a single bidder on each entire lot. However, the City reserves the right to award by line item within any lot which it deems to best serve the interest of the City. In addition, contracts will be awarded pending City Council budget approval.
