Project Description: New 18,324 SF fire Station Bidding Information: 1. AVB will act as the owner representative on this project. A previous bid package #1 for the Aggregate Piers will be awarded separately by the city. The successful GC will need to coordinate their work with the aggregate pier contractor. Both Contracts will be directly with the City of Portage.
