Portage West Middle School Servery Remodel - Bid Package 2 All bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship (or lack of a relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Portage Public Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized disclosure statement. Please note that Bid Package #1 was a Food Service Equipment package that this Bid Package will coordinate work with. The drawings for Bid Package #1 are included, for reference. Portage Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in any bid and to award the bid(s) they deem in the best interest of Portage Public Schools.
