Remodeling of an educational facility in Portage, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 1,540-square-foot educational facility.
The scope of work includes the relocation of food service equipment, the integration of new food service equipment, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. Location-Portage West Middle School 7145 Moorsbridge Rd. Portage, MI 49024 Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a surety bond, certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract amount will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, alternates, or proposals, and to accept those bids, alternates, or proposals that, in his judgement, serve his best interests. Substantially Complete the Work by August 16, 2024. Bid Documents will be available December 21, 2023. Electronic PDF copies can be obtained by request. Contact the office of the Architect.
