Renovation of a water / sewer project in Munising, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Scope Of Work Removals: o Remove flashing. o Remove EPDM roofing material. o Remove access hatches. o Remove any damaged insulation and substrate. Reconstruction: o Install insulation and substrate per the approved submittals. o Install EPDM roofing system per manufacturers installation instructions. o Install replacement roof access hatches per manufacturers installation instructions. o Reattach flashing and replace damaged sections with new. Please contact Scott Nowack of Coleman Engineering Company by phone at (906) 774-3440 with any questions. A hard copy of your quotation should be sent within five (5) days of your emailed quotation. The three (3) concrete ground storage tanks are located on the east side, west side, and central areas of the City as shown in Appendix A. There is limited access to the ground storage tank areas that may prevent access during inclement weather. The Contractor shall visit the reservoir sites to make themselves aware of the access conditions/limitations. The Contractor will have a maximum of 45 working days from mobilization on the site to complete the work described herein. The Contractor will not begin work before June 3, 2024, and the work shall be completed by October 18, 2024
