The Contractor shall perform inspection, and construction services in accordance with the requirements within the contract. FS will provide construction staking. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, tools and other incidentals and execute all work necessary to perform the milling and overlay of the Munising Work Center in accordance with specification and exhibits in this contract, and current industry standards. Contractor is responsible for ensuring all equipment meets State, Federal, and Local Laws.
