Description: The City of Munising is seeking bids for the construction of the "TMF Water Service Hydro Excavation Project" that includes the following major items of work: o Hydro excavation of 380 water service lines and associated restoration. The City of Munising reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids at its discretion. No bid shall be accepted unless accompanied by a bid security payable to the City of Munising in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid.
