Toronto Metropolitain University Central Steam System upgrade for installation of a Holistic Steam Condensate Management System. TIMELINE: The University is conducting a Request for Proposals for contractor services to produce and present a holistic steam condensate management feasibility study for the TMU Central Steam System The University intends to execute a Professional Services Agreement. The term of the Final Agreement is the successful completion of the Deliverables, which are estimated to be completed in approximately one (1) year. The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s). The closing date has been extended. Enquiries may be submitted to the owner through the online portal, prior to February 16 2024 at 11:00 AM EST. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
