Completion Date: June 30, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes Rogue Valley Sewer Services (Owner) owns and operates the Shady Cove Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), located at 4660 Rogue River Drive in Eagle Point, Oregon. The Owner is undertaking a project to replace the WWTP's existing chlorine gas disinfection system with a new ultraviolet light (UV) disinfection system (Project). The Project is currently under design by RH2 Engineering, Inc. (Engineer). Through the solicitation of this UV Disinfection System Pre-Selection Bid Package (Bid Package) the Owner intends to 1) solicit the Bid Package to select equipment manufacturers to select a UV disinfection system manufacturer (Supplier); 2) identify a specific UV disinfection system product which will serve as the basis for design; and, 3) secure pricing for the Supplier to provide the specified goods and services for purchase at a future date. The selected UV disinfection system will be purchased by the Owner's Construction Contractor (Contractor) who will be selected though a separate competitive bid process for Project.
