Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eagle Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

A brief description of the scope of work is provided below: Traffic Control, Paving, Cold Plane Pavement Bidders must be listed on a plan holders list by contacting the City of Eagle Point. Any addenda will be issued to interested parties listed on the plan holders list. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instruction to Bidders for the project, and accompanied by a bid security, executed in favor of the City, in the amount not less than 5 (five) percent of the total amount of the bid. Bidders must prequalify with the City of Eagle Point. This contract is for public work and is subject to provisions of ORS. 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. Licensing under ORS 468A.720 is not required. All Bidders are encouraged to contact the City to visit the site to fully acquaint themselves with the facilities involved, difficulties and restrictions for full performance of the contract Work contemplated in this contract may not commence until after September 28, 2021. All work contemplated shall be completed on or before November 5, 2021, unless written approval is given by City. Cost Estimate: $70,000 to $95,000 This project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for paving the streets and completing the work as indicated. The areas of work include: Eagle View Drive from Kingfisher Court to Osprey Drive Loto Street Alley from Royal Avenue to Platt Avenue
