Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eagle Point, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of Eagle Point is requesting bids for the 2023 Seal Coat project. The project consists of seal coat surfacing with tire rubber modified surface sealer (TRMSS) or Gilsonite Surface Binder (GSB-88) of several residential streets within the City of Eagle Point. The approximate surface to apply the seal coat is 87,835 square yards. The work is to include traffic control, cleaning, preparation of residential streets, and application of surface sealer. Traffic Control, Seal Coat. A Bid Bond or certified check payable to the City of Eagle Point, Oregon in the amount of five (5) percent of the Bid sum shall be included if the bid amount is more than $50,000. Security shall be either certified check or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Oregon and acceptable to the Owner. A performance bond in an amount equal to the full contract price conditioned upon the faithful performance of this contract upon the part of Contractor in accordance with the plans, specifications, and conditions of this contract, and complying with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statute 279C.380(a) and any other laws of the State of Oregon relating to faithful performance bonds for construction of public works.
