**As of April 25, 2024, the project was awarded to T.C. Edwards L.L.C. for $1,485,000.00.** The work includes but is not limited to: the selective demolition and renovation of finishes, fixtures, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural steel and wood, drywall, ceiling, roofing, other finishes, systems, and components. The Work will occur at Wheatland High School Library Building, Wheatland High School Weight Building, and Libbey Elementary School. This project is to be awarded under a single Contract.
