The City of Bloomington is looking for bids for Anhydrous Ammonia, Carbon Dioxide, Ferric Sulfate, Fluoride-Hydrofluosilicic Acid, Liquid Chlorine and Sodium Hexametaphosphate. A pre-bid meeting/site visit will not be held for this solicitation. It is highly suggested that interested parties view the project site and/or understand the requirements of the solicitation before submitting a response. Questions Due to City:February 15, 2024, 3:00pm Response from City: February 20, 2024, 3:00pm Base Bid Term is May 1, 2024 through April 30, 2025. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid guaranty which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid. Bid guaranty may be a cashier's check, money order, certified bank check, or a surety bond. All guaranties, except surety bonds, will be deposited and reimbursement checks and surety bonds will be issued to unsuccessful bidders following the bid award. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount equal to 100% of the contract price, within ten (10) business days after the bid award. The City of Bloomington reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and to accept that bid which is to be considered to be in the best interest of the City. Any such decision shall be considered final.
