It is the intention of these specifications to provide to prospective bidders the requirements for the Furnishing and Delivery of Red Warning Track Material, Various Mulch, Beach Sand, Screened Topsoil and Athletic Top Dressing as required by the Middlesex County Department of Infrastructure Management, Office of Parks and Recreation. The contract shall commence on or about April 19, 2024 for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Any services ordered or made within thirty (30) days after the Contract expires shall be under the same terms and conditions specified in the bid and contract prices submitted by the vendor, unless said vendor indicates, in writing, thirty (30) days prior to Contract Expiration, that it will not be bound by said terms, conditions and contract prices. The County reserves the right to postpone the date for presentation and opening of bids and shall give notice via the County's Electronic Procurement Portal of any such postponement to the bid as required by law.
