The City is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional laboratory and construction material Quality Assurance (QA) testing services for a number of constructions projects within the City. The City requires both a primary laboratory and alternative laboratories for when the primary laboratory is in conflict. Automobile Liability Insurance with respect to licensed vehicles owned or leased by the Contractor, and used directly or indirectly in connection with the Services contemplated in the Agreement. Such coverage shall have an inclusive limit of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence for bodily injury; death; and property damage including loss of use thereof The proposed period of contract will be from the date of award until 28 February 2025. Subject to satisfactory service, terms and conditions, contingent upon approvals, budget and at the Citys sole discretion, the contract may be extended for three (3) optional one (1) year terms. An extension is to be mutually acceptable, and subject to a continued requirement by the City.
