Reference Number 0000264025 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/16 12:00:00 AM CST The Government of Manitoba, (Manitoba), as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, issues this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) Services by Transport Canada Certified Technicians at Various Remote Northern Airports and Marine Locations The Contract shall be for a fixed term of twelve (12) months. The commencement date shall be confirmed in writing by Manitoba The Contract will commence upon Manitoba's award of the agreement (Part 7 - Form of Agreement) by the authorized authority (Part 4, Section 3.0) and have a two (2) year initial term with a one (1) year optional extension. The Service Provider agrees to obtain and maintain, at its cost, throughout the term of the Agreement, and in the case of claims-made policies for a period of at least twenty four (24) months following completion of all Services under this Agreement (to provide a claim discovery period), the following insurance: a) commercial general liability insurance covering the Services provided by Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents under this Agreement; such insurance shall: (i) provide a minimum of Two Million ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence limit of liability; and (ii) name Manitoba, its Ministers, officers, and employees and agents as Additional Insureds with respect to this Agreement; Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
