Reference Number 0000264163 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/02/16 04:00:00 PM CST RRC Polytech is soliciting quotations for recommended mould and asbestos remediations as the result of an investigation which was recently completed in the sub-levels of buildings C, D, E and F at the Notre Dame Campus. The Goal of the project is to remove all hazards caused by the mould and ensure the college remains a safe facility for students, staff, contractors, and the public. Following Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health (MWSH) Level 2 (Moderate Risk) Asbestos Abatement and MWSH Level 2 (Moderate Risk) Mould procedures, while in conjunction with ANSI/IICRC S500- 2021 Category 2 water damage procedures, arrange for the following mould remediation: Building C: a) Clean any residual staining on the Transite pipes including encapsulation with Fosters 40/50 as required. Encapsulate any residual mould staining using Foster's 40/50. b) Remove the mould impacted paperboard column forms from the exposed, concrete piers and apply a broad-spectrum disinfectant. Encapsulate any residual mould staining using Foster's 40/50; Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
