Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The scope of work will consist of Rehabilitation/Repair works for the SU11 Cofferdam at Bridge Site No.: 1662-00 on PTH 4 over the Red River, River Lots 50, 51, 203 and 204 - Parish of St. Peters R.M. of St. Andrews and St. Clements. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES SUBCOMPLETION Stage 2 and Stage 3 as defined under CONSTRUCTION STAGING shall be completed before spring icebreakup, or in any case no later than MARCH 31, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Interim Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDERED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed. COMPLETION Stage 4 as defined under CONSTRUCTION STAGING and all remaining works shall be completed by SEPTEMBER 30, 2024. Daily Liquidated Damages after this specified Completion Date will be charged to the Contractor at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00) Dollars per calendar day until the Work is completed.
