The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of the existing process mechanical piping and valves at the Grindrod Water Treatment Plant., including the following: Removal and disposal of existing process piping and valving connected to the Packaged Water Treatment Plant and the pumped Treated Water Distribution header. Installation of process piping <50 to 150 mm diameter, using PVC and Stainless Steel. Installation of Owner supplied instrumentation. Coordination with the Owner's electrical and controls contractor. Coordination with Owner's programmer and integrator. Cleaning, testing and commissioning of new piping systems. Planning and implementation of Plant shutdown and tie-in to existing infrastructure.
