Site work for a mixed-use development in Rossland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The reconstruction of Second Avenue between Washington Street & St Paul Street. The work will require construction of approximately 815 m2 of concrete sidewalk, 255 m2 of driveway crossings, resurfacing of 2190 m2 of Asphalt road, 244 m of PVC watermain replacement, and 134 m of Storm sewer replacements, and all associated services and appurtenances.
