Site work for a mixed-use development in Rossland, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The reconstruction of Third Avenue between Washington Street & Spokane Street, and Spokane Street adjacent to the Midtown Housing Development. The work will require construction of approximately 623 m2 of concrete sidewalk, 75 m2 of driveway crossings, resurfacing of 2723 m2 of asphalt road, 238m of PVC watermain replacement, 250m of Sanitary Sewer replacement and 264m of Storm sewer replacements, Roadway Lighting and all associated services and appurtenances.
