Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Rossland, British Columbia. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Southern Project Facility Replacement (Paterson Port of Entry, BC). The proposed new facility will have a larger building - base design, a Primary Inspection Lane booth, three new covered bays, and a new enclosed bay. Selected existing buildings will remain in operation until the new facilities are completed, commissioned and accepted by CBSA, and then demolished thereafter. Work must allow the Facility to continue to operate twenty-four (24) hours a day. TIMELINE: Project has been cancelled by the owner. Timelines for re-tender is undetermined. Further update in late summer 2026, upon approvals.
