Nicholas Gronski (307) 777-4106 nicholas.gronski2@wyo.gov 5300 Bishop Blvd Cheyenne , WY 82009-3340 WYDOT - Make Up Air Units Removal and Replacement The work consists of the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment and services required for the MAU replacement for the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Rock Springs, Wyoming, in accordance with the following specifications: 1. Contractor to replace the Trane RTU with a Daikon RTU 2. Contractor to install a curb adaptor 3. Contractor to tie into the existing BAS 4. Contracor to use a LON card for the communication for the BAS 5. Contractor to have a system communicating with a BACnet card and will get the BAS updated to BACnet. 6. Contractor to Demo old Trane RTU unit and haul off site at their own expense 7. Contractor to install the Daikon RTU 8. Contractor shall use a crane for removal of the Trane RTU unit and for the installation of the Daikon RTU. 9. Contactor is responsible for all electrical work and controls upgrades to get the new Daikon RTU commissioned. 10. Contractor shall give the owner a warranty paperwork for the Daikon RTU during the close out phase. 11. If the roof is damaged during demo/install, the contractor shall hire a Carlisle Certified Roofer to make repairs.
