Health Sciences Addition and Renovation The construction includes approximately 6,962 SF of renovation of the existing building, approximately 10,129 SF new addition, selective demolition, earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, site improvements, brick masonry, single ply and metal roofing, aluminum storefronts, hollow metal doors and frames, flush wood doors, skylights, door hardware, glazing, metal framing, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings and panels, resilient flooring, carpet, tile, wall coverings, painting, staining, toilet and bath accessories, casework, access control, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, electrical systems, audio/visual systems, mechanical systems, and including, but not limited to site improvements at 2500 College Drive, Rock Springs, Wyoming, 82901. The sub-contractors are welcome (but not required) to attend the pre-bid conference. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier s Check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Bidders are required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. In compliance with the Economic Adjustment Assistance Program by the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Association, all products shall comply with applicable federal guidance and Regulations related to the Build America, Buy America Act, Pub.
