Maintenance Parking Lot to include drives to and from the lot and the soccer parking lot as indicated in the attached map. There is approx. 156,655 square feet in the Maintenance Lot (includes Athletic parking lot and drives to limits noted on map). Contractor to verify measurements prior to commencing work. Existing asphalt shall receive a tack coat and coarse leveling as needed. Acceptable materials shall be Tuff Coat t.n.g. formula by Seal Coat Supply, Inc., 1735 W 1000 N, Layton, UT 84041, 801-546-1839. Concentrated seal coat shall not have more than five percent (5%) water added. The seal coat shall weigh at least 11.44 lbs per gallon for increased durability. A contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder, whose bid, conforming to the Call for Bids, will be the most advantageous to Western Wyoming Community College District, price and other factors considered Work may not begin before May 13, 2024 and not before all necessary documents are received by the College. This project must be completed in its entirety not later than June 28, 2024. For every day the project extends beyond the deadline, liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day may be imposed. As a prerequisite to executing the contract, the Contractor shall furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the value of the work. The Western Wyoming Community College District reserves the right to accept the bid that will be the most satisfactory to the College. The College also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities in bids received.
