Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Gladstone, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Work includes improvements to the existing water treatment plant located in Gladstone, Missouri. Rehabilitation of two primary clarifiers Replacement of two secondary clarifiers Replacement of four influent flow meters Installation of a high service flow meter Replacement of the lime slakers and related piping and electrical Rehabilitation of the gravity filters Replacement of select filter function valves and operators Replacement of an existing air compressor Installation of electrical generators Replacement of electrical switchgear and panels Remodeling of restroom, lab space, high service building, and chemical feed room Building structural repairs Conversion of the chlorine gas feed and storage system to storage and feed of sodium hypochlorite Replacement of carbon dioxide feeders Direct questions to Greg Kendall at 816-823-7230 or greg.kendall@lamprynearson.com A Bid Bond or certified check on a reputable bank in the amount equal to five (5%) percent of the total amount of the Bid must accompany each Proposal. Bid may be modified or withdrawn by written request of the bidder received in the office of the City Clerk, prior to the time and date for bid opening.
