Broadway and NW Englewood Road to a manageable depth. The City of Gladstone is located north ofthe Missouri River and encompassed by Kansas City, Missouri. The City has a population of approximately 27,000 people spread over 9 square miles. The City operates and maintains its own 7.5-MGD lime softening water treatment plant, two (2) water towers, one (1) ground storage tank and pump station, and over 120-miles ofwater mains ranging in size from 4-inch to 24-inch in diameter. Broadway and NW Englewood Road to a manageable depth. 1. Review existing reports and studies as necessary. 2. Complete any field surveying as necessary to complete the design. 3. Complete the detailed design ofimprovements incorporating input from industry experts regarding constructability due to the proximity to the interstate system. 4. Obtain all necessary construction permits from the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and the Missouri Department ofNatural Resources. 5. Assist with the City with bidding and construction services as necessary.
