The City of Jefferson, Public Works, Street Division, herein referred to as City, is requesting sealed bids for sign materials for use in the operations of the Street Division in Jefferson City, Missouri. Owner Rights: The City reserves the right to adjust the quantities up or down as needed when order is placed. The City reserves the right to make more than one award if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The City reserves the right to award vendors per section or to award all to one bidder. The City reserves the right to disqualify bids, before or after opening, upon evidence of collusion with intent to defraud or other illegal practice upon the part of the bidder. Right to Accept or Reject Bids. The right is hereby reserved to accept or reject all or part of any bid, to waive informalities and to request new bids as the interest of the City may require. The buyer reserves the right to determine the quality of the equipment offered. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, for the convenience of the City, without penalty or recourse, by giving written notice to the contractor at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the effective date of such termination. The contractor shall be entitled to receive compensation for services and/or supplies delivered to and accepted by the City pursuant to the contract prior to the effective date of termination. The contractor shall deliver, FOB Destination, materials listed on the pricing form within the time specified or agreed upon by the City. All quantities are estimates and do not guarantee the quantity that will be ordered by the City. Vulcan Aluminum has received the award for Section 1. Osburn Associates has received the award for Section 2 and Section 3. MD Solution has received the award for Section 4.
