A. The Project consists of an interior and exterior renovation at an existing maintenance facility. 1. Project Location: 754 MoDOT Drive Jefferson City, MO 2. Contract Documents, dated 01/09/2024 were prepared for the Project by CASCO Diversified Corporation. C. The Work consists of a. Interior demolition of select mezzanines and partitions, equipment, and finishes. Modification of existing interior spaces for new offices, hazardous material storage, and maintenance area. Work specifically includes mechanical exhaust systems, welding equipment, and fans; electrical modifications to existing lighting and new lighting, new power locations, and relocation of an existing panelboard; structural modifications at new overhead door openings; and new fire rated partitions with new fire rated doors. b. Exterior modifications include demolition of existing metal siding (reference demolition drawings for specific locations), new metal siding and insulation, new overhead doors (both within the pre-engineered metal building and existing masonry building), concrete apron work, removal of one (1) site lighting pole, new bollards, and replacement of gutters and downspouts. c. Reference drawings for further information related to scope of work as identified in the contract documents. D. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract Scope: Exterior facade update of a PEMB structure, and a CMU structure. The PEMB will be remove and replace gutters, downspouts, exterior sheeting (front elevation only), move and add door openings. The CMU structure will be insulated with sheet foam and install z furring strips for the metal install and there will be an overhead door added. The interior portion of the project will include demo of a large mezzanine and large multi-room storage area. some rework of bathrooms and plumbing. installation of a new vent system for a welding shop. There will also be some new offices built in the old office area. Other Info: This project is tax exempt and will include Prevailing Wage Order 30 for Cole County.
