The City of Warner Robins invites qualified and experienced Design-Build firms to submit proposals for the design and construction of the Warner Robins Police Department Training Center located at 212 Stalnaker Avenue, Warner Robins, GA. The Design-Build firm shall manage the planning, design, demolition and construction of the project within established requirements. Complete specifications are provided in Attachment #1: P-4523 Construction of Police Training Center RFP. Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined therein. Each prospective bidder must submit their bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM(ET). All questions must be submitted via online by Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 2:00 PM(ET). The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value, and other factors considered.
