The City of Davenport is requesting bids for Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) from an HMA supplier whose equipment has been calibrated according to Iowa D.O.T specifications. This contract will be valid until November 15, 2024 or until the supplier has produced and the City has picked up the tonnage required to complete its paving projects during the construction season. It is expected that the contract will require approximately five thousand (5000) tons. Pricing submitted in the bid shall remain in effect through the contract term. The specifications contained herein are minimum requirements for this contract; the City of Davenport reserves the right to accept the bid(s) best suited to its needs. Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing via the Questions tab of the City of Davenports e-bidding system no later than February 13, 2024 at 10:00 am CST. Answers will be posted in the same location no later than February 14, 2024 at 2:00 pm CST. It is the bidders responsibility to review any questions and answers that have been published.
