Reference Number : 1807552 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-02-26 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document The Municipality of Cantley is requesting tenders for the supply with delivery of rigid pipes in (HDPE) non-perforated double wall, smooth interior and corrugated exterior of 210 kPa and 320 kPa with matching fittings for the year 2024. The pipes must be made of non-perforated high density polyethylene (HDPE), double wall, smooth interior and corrugated exterior, Solfo Max type from Soleno or equivalent. They must be resistant to road de-icing salt. Rigid pipes 450mm (18 inches) in diameter must offer a minimum rigidity of 210 kPa or approved equivalent and must be BNQ 3624-120 certified. Rigid pipes for under-road applications of 450mm (18 inches), 600mm (24 inches), 750mm (30 inches), 900mm (30 inches), 1000mm (40 inches and 1200mm (48 inches) in diameter must offer a minimum rigidity of 320 kPa or 125 kPa or approved equivalent and must be BNQ 3624-120 certified. The length of each pipe must be six (6) meters. Matching fittings (collars) must be split sleeves and culverts "plain end". Polyethylene pipes must be manufactured by a manufacturer certified by the Quebec standardization bureau (NQ-3624). The manufacturer's certificate must be attached to this submission. The bidder must present the technical data sheets for its products in its bid.
