Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following - o ADA Curb Ramp Improvements o Sidewalk Replacement o Site Restoration Installation of concrete sidewalks, concrete maintenance strips, concrete driveways, and other concrete areas, shall be monitored and protected by the Contractor to protect from potential disturbance from intentional tampering, accidental interference, and/or environmental factors. Monitoring shall continue until concrete is cured to where it cannot easily be surface-scratched. Contractor shall replace all defaced concrete at no expense to the City All work is to be completed by June 14, 2024. The minimum goal for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise participation on City of Albany projects is 15% of the total dollar amount of the contract.
