Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a 170-space new parking lot and minor drainage improvements along 12.09 acres on Swallow Avenue at our Grand Strand campus. Services will include clearing, grubbing & stripping, grading, sediment/erosion control, storm sewer system, paving, curb & gutter, sidewalks, street signs and landscaping. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID.
