The City of Myrtle Beach will be receiving Invitation for Bid (IFB) 24-B0035 for duplex control panels for use on sewer pumps. Bids for a service only that is $25,000.00 or greater must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total dollar amount of the bid submitted, payable to the City of Myrtle Beach. No other forms of security will be accepted. No bids will be accepted unless submitted on the forms furnished herein. All pages of the bid must be in a sealed envelope and delivered in accordance with these instructions: - The envelope must be marked with the name of bidder, bid number/name, and time/date of bid opening. - Bid packages shall be delivered to the address listed above. The City of Myrtle Beach is not responsible for late or misdirected mail. The City of Myrtle Beach intends to purchase two (2) duplex control panels for use in its sewage pumps. All control panels shall meet the minimum specifications as listed below. Bidders shall have the personnel, experience, tools, certifications, licenses, permits, and supplies to fabricate and install the panels to function as intended. The City will determine at a later date whether the City will install the panels, or request the awarded bidder to install.
