Renovation of a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and pre-engineered storage facility.

The scope of work consists of removing and replacing existing motorized roll-up doors with new motorized roll-up doors at the Pier 2 Shed at Nawiliwili Harbor, Kauai. Contract Start and End Date solicitation are estimates. The exact dates shall be provided by written notice from the Harbors Construction Engineer. The estimated cost of construction is between $200,000 and $400,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and substitution requests shall be submitted no later than no later than February 22, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., HST. RFI questions received after the stated deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFI questions will notreceive a response. All responses to RFI questions shall be issued by formal addendum and posted The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public. Bid security shall be in an amount equal to at least five percent of the base bid and additive alternates.
