The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - Pacific intends to issue a sole source solicitation for a non-personal service contract for preventive maintenance and repair for the Government owned REES Refrigeration Monitoring System and regular updates to the Centron Presidio Software for various locations on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Services to include all labor, parts, material and travel, to repair and/or maintain the Government owned equipment in a fully functional condition in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. The anticipated period of performance consists of a base period plus four option periods with performance commencing in May 2024. FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is applicable to this prospective contract. The proposed acquisition will be sole sourced to REES Scientific Corporation due to proprietary hardware and software in the existing system. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 811210.
